She is a strategic advisor, master educator and process architect.

Patricia has facilitated and trained diverse groups groups and subjects.

Her 50 years of experience is consolidated into a strong, flexible methodology.

Active as an adult educator for 15 years, an independent consultant for 40, 30 of those serving the United Nations in many contexts.

Priority themes of focus include gender equality, human development, organizational development, international peace and security, and leadership.
